Get in to the festive spirit this winter with the Lymington Christmas light switch on

It’s that time of year again! With Christmas just around the corner it’s now time to get into the festive spirit and what better way to start the winter merriment than with the Lymington Christmas light switch on, perfect when tied in with a New Forest winterbreak.

The event, held across the main streets of Lymington, hosts a variety of entertainment for all the family. If you’re bringing along the little ones, Peppa Pig and George will be making a guest appearance, along with Santa and his sleigh.

Late night shopping will also be taking place in many shops and stalls along Lymington High Street, giving you the opportunity to buy locally for Christmas this year.

With the smells of cinnamon, mince pies, roasted chestnuts and mulled wine to get you in the mood, there’s plenty of heart-warming food and drink on offer to kick start that Christmas cheer. Not forgetting the Christmas carols and the Christmas lights, this fun filled event makes this a festive evening out for all the family.
