Getting Here
Getting here couldn’t be easier, with South West Trains offering direct routes from London Waterloo to Brockenhurst in just 1 hour 30 minutes! Other stations direct from London Waterloo are Ashurst, Beaulieu Road, Sway, New Milton and the connecting train from Brockenhurst to Lymington Town and Lymington Pier.
The Twizy
What is a Twizy you ask? A Twizy is an electric powered Renault two seated car. Explore this wonderful area in a fun way in one of the branded Twizy’s. Hire from Brockenhurst and pit stop at various venues across the New Forest with charge points. But don’t worry your Twizy has up to 50 miles worth of charge before you get started! New Forest Tour Bus
If you’re looking for a different way to explore the New Forest National Park this year, why not hop on the open top New Forest Tour. With 3 routes covering the most picturesque areas of the forest, it’s the most eco-friendly way to travel.
Running from 28th June – 14th September, the open top New Forest Tour is sure to be a memorable day out. With informative commentary along the routes, not only will you view spectacular scenery, you will hear the fascinating history that has made the New Forest the destination it is today.

Cycling
One of the most popular ways to experience the New Forest is on two wheels; the Forest is tailored towards cyclists with an extensive choice of off road cycle routes, bike hire and parking available throughout the National Park.
Walking
Getting out into the forest on foot allows you to enjoy the stunning sights and really submerge yourself in the natural beauty of the area. With 200 sq. miles of unspoilt heathland and ancient woodland, there are a number of easy trails to follow throughout the National Park as well as guided walks benefiting from the local knowledge of a resident expert.
Horse Riding
Whether you are an experienced rider or a complete beginner there are many different riding stables across the New Forest offering you the opportunity to ‘hack out’ on to the New Forest. Canter across the moors or trot amongst the trees, there are miles of bridleways stretching right across the New Forest National Park just waiting to be explored.
